1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information: Name, email address, mobile number, designation, department, and other employment-related details as entered by the Client administrator.

1.2 Attendance Data: Check-in/check-out timestamps, GPS coordinates (if enabled), device information, IP addresses.

1.3 Financial Data: Salary structures, CTC details, bank information, PAN, PF numbers, and related payroll information as entered by the Client.

1.4 Documents: Employee documents, photos, ID proofs, and other files uploaded to the platform.

1.5 Usage Data: Login activity, feature usage patterns, browser type, operating system, and session data for service improvement.

2. How We Use Information

2.1 To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

2.2 To process attendance, leave, salary, and other HR functions as requested by the Client.

2.3 To send service-related communications including system alerts, updates, and notifications.

2.4 To provide technical support and resolve issues.

2.5 To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Data Storage & Security

3.1 Data is stored on secured servers. Each client instance maintains a separate database.

3.2 We implement reasonable security measures, but we do not guarantee absolute security. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

3.3 The Provider expressly disclaims all liability for any data breach, unauthorized access, data theft, or data loss howsoever caused.

3.4 The Client is responsible for implementing their own additional security measures as they deem necessary.

4. Data Sharing

4.1 We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties.

4.2 We may share data with: (a) service providers who assist in operating the platform; (b) legal authorities when required by law; (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data Retention

5.1 Data is retained for the duration of the active subscription plus 15 days after termination.

5.2 The Client may request data export during the active subscription or within 15 days of termination.

5.3 After the retention period, all data may be permanently deleted without further notice.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from their employees before entering personal data into the system.

6.2 The Client must comply with applicable data protection laws in their jurisdiction.

6.3 The Client is the data controller; the Provider acts as a data processor on behalf of the Client.

7. Changes to This Policy

7.1 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
