1.1 The Service shall be used exclusively for legitimate HR management purposes within the Client organization.
1.2 Users must be authorized employees or representatives of the Client organization.
2.1 Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
2.2 Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or systems.
2.3 Uploading malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
2.4 Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
2.5 Using the Service to harass, abuse, or discriminate against any individual.
2.6 Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Software.
2.7 Using automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Service.
2.8 Intentionally overloading or disrupting the Service.
3.1 Users must maintain strong, unique passwords and change them periodically.
3.2 Users must not share their login credentials with anyone.
3.3 Users must immediately report any suspected unauthorized access.
3.4 The Client administrator is responsible for managing user access and deactivating accounts of departed employees.
4.1 Violation of this policy may result in: (a) immediate suspension or termination of access; (b) deletion of data; (c) legal action if warranted.
4.2 No refund will be provided if access is terminated due to policy violation.
